A
reminder about drums- if you borrow one then you need to get it back
the next week. If you can't make it then you need to arrange for somone
else to take it for you. Sioned has been doing a fantastic job keeping
track of all the drums, but life gets difficult for her when they go
on sabaticals!
Also, there are a few drums in need of some care- any offers to host
or help out with a drum skinning day would be appreciated.

The
Shiko yahoo group (did you know there was one?!) is getting a bit dusty
and unused, so there has been a suggestion of closing it down in favour
of the more-used Facebook group.
Any objections?

The
new format for Tuesday nights will continue for the time being: 6.30
- 7.30 will be an advanced workshop. 7.30 - 9.30 will be the main group
session covering the night's rhythm or rehearsing for any upcoming gigs.
Not long ago the group had a discussion about being on time, and some
people expressed frustration at the disruption and lost time caused
by late arrivals- it was agreed that everyone would make a commitment
to getting there on time.
